Being healthy and physically fit are goals Monica has had since a young age, but “life sometimes got in the way.”
In 2011, she was able to get back on track and has loved every minute of her time at Total Fitness. Monica jumped on board with Boot Camp, which gave her the confidence and ambition to try indoor cycling. She was hooked!
It was a natural progression for her to move from cycling student to cycling instructor as she loves the flexibility of workouts that cycling gives you and the camaraderie that naturally occurs within each class. Cycling is a no-impact amazing cardio workout, a great fitness option for almost everyone! Monica is excited to help you get the RESULTS that you are looking for in a fun workout!
