The average woman in her 30’s who does strength training 2x/week for 30-40 minutes will increase her resting metabolism by up to 100 calories a day. So, if you are a “cardio only” individual – time to add some strength or resistance training.

A few ideas to get your started:

  • Hire a personal trainer to ensure you are doing the right types of exercises for your goals and to ensure that you do not injure yourself;
