Eat Smaller Amounts throughout the Day…

In order to maintain stable blood sugars – you need to eat 5-6 meals of approximately 300 calories each. Or 3 meals of 300-500 and 2-3 snacks of 100-200, depending on your daily caloric needs and your goals.  Maintaining stable blood sugars is the best way to maintain energy levels throughout the day, release excess body fat, and prevent diseases like diabetes.
