Boot Camp times for Spring & Summer are now posted online. Make sure you register early as we have currently started a waiting list for some of our classes as they are so popular! We are having people lose as much as 10 – 20 pounds and inches combined in 4-6 weeks – wow!
You will note a few changes….
- There will be no evening classes during summer due to hectic summer schedules with children. Instead we are offering a second class at 5:30am on Tue & Thu to enjoy the early morning coolness & sunshine.
- Due to loss of studio space in North Branch, all classes have moved to Cambridge facility for the Spring & Summer. We are working on finding another space and re-launching in North Branch, possibly in Fall 2011.
