Starting January 2015, we will be adding a third boot camp time…So now you will have three options to choose from:


MWF                     3x/week              5:30am                 Julie       (for the early birds)

T/Th                       2x/week              6:30pm                 Tina        (for those who wanted an earlier evening time)

MW                       2x/week              7:30pm                 Sheila    (for those who need later evening & those with HS Students in Sports)


In Addition, Starting January 2015, NewComers will save $70 on their first Boot Camp. ALL BOOT CAMPS will be $200 (3x/week) or $150 (2x/week).


AND we will be in our NEW LOCATION in January!


Everything else remains the same….SAME great trainers; SAME accountability, motivation, and camaraderie; SAME variety and intensity of workouts; SAME participate in 12 boot camps and get your 13th one FREE; and most importantly…. SAME RESULTS and FUN!!!


So, if you have never tried Boot Camp – NOW is the time!

If you have not been back to Boot Camp for awhile – NOW is the time to come back!


Registrations will be online starting next week. Get your registrations with your $50 deposit in as soon as possible. The space is limited in the boot camps and they will fill fast!
