The Group Classes program offers the greatest flexibility for the smallest investment. No matter your age, size, or fitness level you will be welcome here. The supportive and motivating trainers and atmosphere will empower you to be the best you can be. Our group classes offer 25-30 classes a week to choose from, including:

With so much variety, there’s something for everyone…
Each class is designed to be challenging for every fitness level from beginners to the advanced. To get that kind of freedom at your local gym would cost you a fortune above and beyond the monthly dues. You have three options to choose from: Bronze Level is $50/month and gives you up to 12 classes. Silver Level is $75/month and gives you up to 20 classes. Gold Level is $100/month and gives you unlimited classes. In addition to Yoga, you will find spinning, TRX, Contact Kick, and unique new classes like Spin/Yoga. With insurance benefits (Preferred One, BCBS, or Health Partners) that’s just a little over $1 a day! A pretty small investment for your long-term health. We also offer a 5 or 10-class package or you can just pay the $10 drop-in fee / class.
One-on-One Yoga Training
Total Fitness offers one-on-one yoga training for anyone seeking a more individualized approach. With one-on-one training, you can get specialized help that focuses on your unique body type and lifestyle. Additionally, should our class times just not work out for you, private yoga training can accommodate your schedule. Another reason people might want to do private yoga training is so that they can develop confidence in order to join larger groups. Yoga & Relaxation Specialty Classes
Specialty yoga and relaxation classes are intended to improve breathing, relaxation, and well-being – three things that, sadly, many people have a hard time with these days. Below are some examples of our specialty yoga and relaxation classes:
- Partner Yoga: Bring a friend, partner, or your significant other! This 1 ½ hour class will back-to-back balance poses, side-by-side standing poses, and back bends/forward folds. Register as a pair.
- Restore & Renew: Feeling a little too busy or just don’t have enough time for yourself? Join us for a class dedicated to restoration and renewal. This two hour class includes gentle/restorative yoga practice, aromatherapy/self-massage, and a guided relaxation practice. Aromatherapy and massage oils will be provided.
