Train for an Athletic Event

Training for an Athletic Event can be a great way to stay focused on your goals and keep moving forward. Every weekend there are several fun events that you could do with a friend or family. Everything from the Ironman Triathlons to a fun run 5K (3.1 miles). Check out for details of upcoming events.

This last weekend a group of women made Whistlestop a Girls’ Weekend and had a blast. My family and I made it a fun family weekend. We all raced and then enjoyed some fun, family relaxation time together.

Congratulations to the Total Fitness Winners at the 5K and Half Marathon race this weekend in Ashland, Wisconsin. Each individual either met their goal or surpassed it. Way to go!! I am proud of each and every one of you!!
